1972 Datsun 240Z original, numbers matching 2400 cc engine.

This engine is being built by Canada Engines as a spare racing engine as well as being a showcase display engine that will be on display beside the car at car shows.

It features Nissan competition high compression flat top pistons, high compression cylinder head and has lots of goodies for road racing, including oversized, undercut stainless steel valves, high lift and duration camshaft, racing clutch, Canon custom intake with dual Weber carburators, turbo oil pump, auxilliary engine oil cooler with thermostat and electric cooling fan as well as dual electric cooling fans. This spare engine will be matched up to the original 4 speed manual transmission.
